The Commodore PET is a line of personal computers produced starting in 1977 by Commodore International. [3] A single all-in-one case combines a MOS Technology 6502 microprocessor, Commodore BASIC in read-only memory, keyboard, monochrome monitor, and, in early models, a cassette deck.
The 7000 series is expected to replace ageing 700 series sets converted from Keio 5000 series cars, over which they are slated to offer 50% energy savings. The first two 3-car sets are scheduled to enter revenue service in February 2025, with a further two sets being introduced every year until 2027.
