    This image looks very srange to me (besides the polydactyly obviously!)(though, I am definitely not a doctor familliar with the latest x-ray quality so....). Has this image been digitally altered? Why is the skin so clearly visible? I can even see folds in the skin near the thumb and details of the fingernail!
