Animegao refers to the Anime-faced dolls, and not the cosplay. Generally they refer to this as Bishoujo Kigurumi (for the girl-characters) or Anime Character. There doesn't seem to be a quote on quote, standard name for this style of Kigurumi, but rather a variety of choices depending on the kind of anime character that is being portrayed.
