Route 20 (known locally as Lagimodière Boulevard) is a major north-south arterial route in the city of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It is also part of Manitoba Highway 59, the only Provincial Trunk Highway (other than the Trans-Canada Highway) that crosses through the city.
PTH 59 continued to serve as the de facto northeast leg of the Perimeter until the mid-1990s, when PTH 59 and PTH 15 were connected. The last remaining two-lane section was the PTH 59 north interchange, which was upgraded over a three-year span ending in 2018. [2] [3] The highway now encircles Winnipeg as a four-lane roadway.

PR 209 begins at Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 59 at the south end of Tolstoi, 8.2 kilometres (5.1 mi) north of the Canada–United States border.It runs east for approximately 7.5 kilometres (5 mi), heads northeast for 4 kilometres (2 mi) through Gardenton, crossing the Roseau River, and then north to its end at PR 201 between the communities of Stuartburn and Vita.
The streets join at their intersection with Rue Youville just west of the Seine River, and the two-way road continues as Marion Street eastward to Lagimodiere Boulevard. The route jogs north on Lagimodiere for approximately 450 meters before continuing eastward as Dugald Road, becoming Manitoba Highway 15 as it passes by the Perimeter Highway.
