Maidstone United play their home games at The Gallagher Stadium, James Whatman Way, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1LQ. After the original club folded, the new Maidstone United played their games on a pitch behind a Mormon meeting house, which had originally been the MUFC reserves and training pitch – just metres from where the old ground had been.
The first FA Trophy match at the stadium was between Maidstone United and Whitehawk. Maidstone won the game 3–2, with the first goal being scored by Tim Olorunda. The club's stadium's record attendance was set when a crowd of 4,175 saw Maidstone United play against Hampton & Richmond on 7 May 2022 in a National League South match.
Maidstone's first managers since reformation were Bill Tucker and Jack Whiteley, who were appointed in a joint role. Maidstone joined the Kent County League Division Four for the 1993–94 season and won the league at the first attempt. Tucker and Whiteley's team also won the West Kent Challenge Shield and the Tunbridge Wells Charity Cup.
