    Yeah of course anxiety can cause head pressure. I have GAD too and get really bad pressure around the back of my eyes and head when I feel anxious, and I would take paracetamol instead of ibuprofen because ibuprofen is more for swelling and paracetamol helps with headaches more x.

    The head pressure was so bad on and off for the first 4 months I literally thought I had brain swelling (that's how it made me feel). It felt as if someone was moving my brain around.
