Adrian Johann Frutiger [1] (Swiss Standard German: [ˈaːdriaːn ˈjoːhan ˈfruːtɪɡər]; 24 May 1928 – 10 September 2015) was a Swiss typeface designer who influenced the direction of type design in the second half of the 20th century.
Avenir is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Adrian Frutiger in 1987 [1] and released in 1988 by Linotype GmbH. The word avenir is French for ' future ' . As the name suggests, the family takes inspiration from the geometric style of sans-serif typeface developed in the 1920s that took the circle as a basis, such as Erbar and Futura .

The music of Luis Mariano ("Mexico," and "Maman, Tu Es La Plus Belle Du Monde") is used in these scenes, with actor Laszlo Harmati playing Mariano, who died in 1970.
