Squeeze are a British rock band active from 1974 to 1982, from 1985 to 1999, and from 2007 to the present date. Written by the Squeeze songwriting team of Glenn Tilbrook and Chris Difford, the song features lyrics inspired by Difford's experiences on an American tour and an arrangement inspired by the Temptations.
