Atlantic Boulevard is a highway in Duval County, Florida, that forms the easternmost portion of State Road 10 (SR 10) and is also part of U.S. Route 90 (US 90).. Atlantic Boulevard connects the mainland portion of the city of Jacksonville with the Jacksonville Beaches on a barrier island to the east.
Jacksonville Beach is a coastal resort city in Duval County, Florida, United States.The population was 23,830 at the 2020 census. [6] The city is part of group of communities collectively referred to as the Jacksonville Beaches on the northern half of San Pablo Island. [8]
Jacksonville Beach, originally known as Ruby and then as Pablo Beach, grew around the series of luxury hotels built in the area. Further growth was facilitated by the Jacksonville and Atlantic Railroad connecting the town to Jacksonville. Atlantic Beach also grew as a resort community around a large hotel, and smaller hotels were built at Mayport.
Where US 90 and SR 10 split, SR 10 is known as Atlantic Boulevard, while US 90 is known as Beach Boulevard (unsigned State Road 212) to Jacksonville Beach. About a mile (2 km) before the east end of SR 10, at the east end of the bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway , SR A1A (Mayport Road) joins from the north.

4463 Deerwood Lake Parkway, 13559 Beach Blvd., 492 Blanding Blvd. The corporate-owned Bojangles at 13559 Beach Blvd. closed abruptly June 25 along with two others in Jacksonville and Orange Park.
