Cornelis George Boeree (January 15, 1952 – January 5, 2021) was an American psychologist at Shippensburg University, who specialized in personality theory and the history of psychology. He created the language Lingua Franca Nova .

Boeree in 2018. Dr. Cornelius George Boeree was a Dutch-born American psychologist and professor emeritus at Shippensburg University, specialising in personality theory and the history of psychology. Born in the Netherlands, he moved to the States as a child, and grew up in New York. He was professor emeritus at Shippensburg for over thirty years.
