Manoj Kumar Mishra (born 15 October 1952) is an Indian academic and researcher. He served as the 37th vice-chancellor of the University of Lucknow. He is recognised for his work in quantum chemistry. Mishra completed his education at the St. Xavier's College, IIT Delhi and the University of Florida.

He is the former chief justice of the Calcutta High Court and Rajasthan High Court. He has also served as acting chief justice of the Rajasthan High Court.
