The Exchange Place station is a station on the Port Authority Trans–Hudson (PATH) rail system in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey.The station is on the Newark–World Trade Center line between Newark Penn Station and World Trade Center all week and the Hoboken–World Trade Center line during the day on weekdays to service Hoboken Terminal.

The station marked the terminus of the original opening segment of the Hudson–Bergen Light Rail from 34th Street station in Bayonne and West Side Avenue in Jersey City. In 2017, the platforms at the station were extended by 25 feet (7.6 m) to their current length of 190 feet (58 m).
Jersey Avenue station is a station on the Hudson–Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) located south of Grand Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. The station opened on April 15, 2000. There are two tracks and an island platform. Northbound service from the station is available to Hoboken Terminal and Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen.
The PATH station is the southern terminus of two PATH lines, Journal Square–33rd Street on weekdays and Journal Square–33rd Street (via Hoboken) lines on weekends, late nights, and holidays. It is also a stop on the Newark-World Trade Center line. The station also serves as PATH's administrative headquarters. [20] [21]
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey took over the H&M and the tunnels in 1962, rebranding the H&M as part of the PATH system. The Hoboken–33rd Street and Journal Square–33rd Street services operate through the tubes on weekdays, while the Journal Square–33rd Street (via Hoboken) service operates on weekends, nights, and holidays.
