The Online Grazie account system has been updated. To access I had to "activate" my account using my Grazie account number and pin. New system will have you log in with your email address and password. I haven't fully explored the new site, but it appears that you can now book offers online. FInally!!
Although they just made changes a couple of years back, V/P is changing the Grazie program, going away from theo based to coin in based. It will be called Venetian Rewards (wonder if Palazzo is changing ) I haven't done much comparison to the current system and generally change isn't good wrt rewards programs, but it doesn't look awful.
