Really thought allergies were acting up because of the sneezing. Surprisingly it was covid. No fever. No cough. Most of my family and friends, primarily last holiday season (November and December). I had it then and my symptoms also started out like a cold (runny nose, etc), definitely easy to confuse with a cold and sinus infection until those “gotta be covid” symptoms set in (loss of taste and smell, burning nose, brain fog, etc)
Very late to the game with this comment but I had covid symptoms for 2 full days (was literally just a runny nose and sneezing, very slight sore throat), figured I had allergies as I was coming back home after being in a different climate. Took a covid test since I had one laying around, thinking there was no possible way.

At this point, if you have a cough (particularly if it's a kinda gungy cough and not a dried-out one), no chills, no fever, odds are pretty darned high that it's seasonal allergies, and it's not worth it to jump immediately to the "oh shit it's coronavirus!"
All of my unvaxxed siblings had barely any bad symptoms. Sister 1 had a cough and fainted once. Sister 2 had a fever, headache, and nausea for the first day but is back to normal literally day two. Brother had headache, sore eyes, fever, chills, coughing, and fatigue. Then there is me, who hasn't had covid yet.
