If so, they may be interfering with UI Cheats Extension. Perhaps you could try testing the game with only the UI Cheats Extension mod. If you remove other mods / CC, you may also want to delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.
Outdated mods caused it. Move the mods folder to the desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game, also delete all folders with the word "cache" in the name - important! Fix the game in Origin. Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game". You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Hero. @madabanana Try a clean Sims 4 folder. Move the entire folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Enable mods and custom content, quit, download a fresh copy of one mod confirmed to be compatible with patch 1.73, and test it.
If it doesn't, remove your entire Mods folder, delete localthumbcache again, and test. You don't need to save your progress, so don't worry about any missing objects warning you see. If this doesn't help either, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.
With mods, and useful if you were wanting to do a lot of change: With MC Command Center, using the Cheats module, click on the Sim, select MC Command Center > Cheats >Skill Cheats > Forget All Skills. Then use UI Cheats Extension to add the Skills you want back and cheat them up to the level you want.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
