Customer: Hi. I have a Rheem RRNA-B024JK08E. The Manual Reset Limit Control (MRLC) switch keeps tripping. After first reset, it worked about 2 weeks. After second reset it worked less than a week. I can’t see any cracks on the heat exchanger (from what I can see), and the unit doesn’t seem to trip when I have the compartment cover off.

Take a close up, exceedingly well focused photo of the wiring diagram glued inside the furnace/air ...
HVAC Technician: type2technician. The furnace is not getting enough airflow. This is more than likely due to the fan blower not blowing enough air over the heat exchanger due to age. Customer: The furnace fan limit switch won't shut off on my 2009 Rheem Prestige model furnace. Where would I find the serial number of the furnace to get a replacement part? Answered by Tamar D in 5 mins 1 week ago
The furnace came on at 6 and was heating the house normally and consistently until about 8 am. I’ve cycled power several times and checked the limit switch which shows no resistance. I pulled one wire off the limit switch which caused the small blower motor to run and the left indicator light to blink 3 times.
