Based on a recent user study on content discovery, we learned that more than 40% of surveyed users use external sites like YouTube or TikTok to find out about new experiences on Roblox, and 30% use the Discover page. However, in reality we find the Discover page actually attracts less than 5% of overall traffic today due to a lack of fresh content.
Roblox’s goal is to continue making it easier to discover great games. In order to achieve this goal, we will soon be testing a variety of algorithmic game sorts. After this test, we intend to roll the most effective sorts out to everybody, and test more new sorts over time, including ideas that come from the community.

The fact any UGC creator can upload anything as long as it’s split into a couple separate pieces is ridiculous and broken. The speed of moderation is horrendous. There are so many problems that the effort spent on the discover outfits feature could be better spent on.
Yeah, ‘Discover’ should also have a button to get a random place, Just a random idea I got from another roblox game. I indeed agree with your statement, Roblox needs to re-add categories, maybe with a system where you can give 1-5 categories to a game, from lots of categories and then filter by category on discover page or when searching.
