Kershaw X 1000. SOG has better fixed blades IMO, but their folders always have seemed tacky and poorly put together to me. Kershaw leek definitely wins over SOG Aegis in my book. Skyline is another great EDC from Kershaw. A bit of a bigger blade, but it is super slim and the flipper is wonderful.
Kershaw. Better QC in general on both imports and domestic stuff in my experience. Buck has a better warranty Dept. But also a greater chance that you may need to use it early on. To be clear, I don't think Buck is a bad knife, nor does Kershaw have a bad warranty, just head to head that's where they stand in my opinion.

Kershaw had these collector/presentation knives made in Solingen Germany for them by the Anton Wingen company, which are the makers of the Othello brand. Anyhow, the blades are made of forged stainless steel, with handles made of solid cast brass and black micarta.
2. The inscription on the handle reads "Kershaw SPEEDSAFE USA" not "Kershaw Ken Onion USA" 3. The blade material is 14C28N and not 13C26 4. The Kershaw stamp on the clip is not the same depth across the word. The letters are fainter in the middle. As for the Zing, the grooves on the blade are not uniform and look cheaply machined. Personally I have not had a large amount experience with these two knife companies. I do know that both have extremely positive reputations. I have a Kershaw Blur and love it, all Kershaw and ZT knives have 5 star reviews. I would just like to ask your personal preference and opinions on these knife companies. Let's talk.
