Here is your list of channels for Christmas and new stations will be playing. Holly will play on channel 79 from the 8th to December 26th on satellite only but will continue to stream on the app till the 8th of January.
They will announce when usually Holly starts the 1st week of November. Holly will be on SXM Limited Edition 104 replacing Scream Radio on Nov 1 @ 12am PT. Hallmark Radio will be on SXM Limited Edition 105 on Nov 1 @ 12am PT. Country Christmas will take over Channel 55 on Nov 1 @ 12am PT. Holiday Traditions will take over 40s Junction Ch 71 on ...
After 3 calls to Sirius and them refreshing my signal multiple times, me following all their instructions, vehicle on, Bluetooth off, wait a full 15 minutes, clear day outside, blah blah blah and the rep telling me “105 and 74 are in your plan”.
Here's where you can find holiday music this year on SiriusXM satellite and streaming radios: Hallmark Channel Radio: Channel 70 — Timeless Christmas Music. Holiday Traditions: Channel 73 — Traditional Holiday Music. Holly: Channel 105 — Contemporary Holiday Hits. Mannheim Steamroller: Channel 743 — Mannheim Steamroller Holiday Music.
It’s not on satellite yet I think, but it’s still going on Ch. 71 thru streaming. Weird - same for me. It’s even weirder- it says Holiday Traditions, and the artist & song says Nat King Cole “Oh little town of Bethlehem” but it sounds like you said - WWII wartime music.
Team Coco Radio becomes Conan O'Brien Radio (Ch. 104, previously 106) The Joint becomes Shaggy's Boombastic Radio (Ch. 332, previously 722) **Other channels get new numbers (many of these were revealed over the past week)**. PopRocks moves from Ch. 12 to 6. The Coffee House moves from Ch 6 to 17. The Bridge moves from Ch. 17 to 27.
Same here. Can get it on the app, and it appears in the channel listing, but I can’t tune to it. EDIT: I finally googled it and for my plan, Holly is listed as Online Only -- which I'd accept as the reason, except I can get Holiday Traditions in my car and that's listed as Online Only too. So I'm still confused.
The Christmas channels replace some of the other channels during the holiday season. For example Country Christmas replaces Willie's Roadhouse I believe (or one of the other country stations I can't remember which one). There actually is a year-round Christmas Channel but it is only available online and requires internet access (Holiday ...
Have you been getting complaints today about no Christmas music today? The big problem in my opinion was the lack of communication between SiriusXM and their customers. When the article dropped for scream radio it mentioned the start date and channel but then for the Christmas one it just said in the coming days in November.
On the satellite, it is definitely low bitrate mono on channel 105. Holly on the app will be full quality in stereo. Holly has always been a marquee holiday channel for SXM; so I am really surprised that the feed on satellite is so bad. On a side note, if using the SXM app, check out their new channel “Jolly”. Good uptempo mix of holiday tunes.
