If you only remove the game folder in the common folder, and leave the .acf file for that game in the steamapps folder, pretty sure Steam will see the game as "needing to be redownloaded" or "updated" and try to reinstall the game once you log in. You have to remove the .acf file for that game also.

Some reason my yugioh duel links account glitched and unlinked from my steam account and for whatever reason I can't link the correct account anymore after it started a new game on my steam account even through i've been playing with my correct account on steam since forever.
Yes, that is more accurate and surely means they have not played that game for a long time. They might still have logged in and used Steam and just not played any games, but you are right and that "usually" is somewhat of an indication of account inactivity for a while. Thanks. #8. End Steam. Go to each games installation folder and start the game from there. If it runs without steam in the background, it will run without your account. 1) Making a new account makes a totally new account. 2) emails are only for communication, your account names are entirely different. 3) account names cant be email addresses, steam removed that years ago. Note its not even clear WHY you're trying to delete an account.
Achievements can be reset by Steam Achievement Manager. This is not a supported method.. It doesn't delete play history either. You can delete games from your account, not sure how it deals with achievements and play history.. this^^ all stats for all games are tied to your account forever and are visible through public profiles.
