"Silly Love Songs" is a song by the British–American rock band Wings that was written by Paul and Linda McCartney. The song first appeared in March 1976 on the album Wings at the Speed of Sound , then it was released as a single backed with " Cook of the House " on 1 April in the US, and 30 April in the UK.
The DVD features rare and previously unseen footage, including the documentaries "Wings over Wembley", "Wings in Venice" and the "Silly Love Songs" music video. Remastered vinyl: The album is available on a special gatefold vinyl edition (the vinyl edition includes a download card).
Intended as more of a group effort, Wings at the Speed of Sound (1976) was issued midway through the tour and featured the hit singles "Silly Love Songs" and "Let 'Em In". In 1977, the band earned their only UK number one single, with "Mull of Kintyre", which became one of the best-selling singles in history.
