Orville Willis Forte IV (/ ˈ f ɔːr t eɪ / FOR-tay; [1] born June 17, 1970 [2]) is an American actor and comedian. He was a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live for eight seasons from 2002 to 2010.
The sketches are written by Forte, Sudeikis, and SNL writers John Lutz and John Solomon. [1] At the end of the 2009-2010 season, Forte told The A.V. Club, "I dislike the overuse of recurring characters as much as the next person, but we just have so much fun doing that sketch. I know we've done it a lot this year, but God, we have fun.
