The Sinansan Line (Hangul: 신안산선, Hanja: 新安山線, meaning "New Ansan Line") is the tentative name of a commuter rail line that will eventually link Cheongnyangni station with western Gyeonggi province, passing through key areas of the Seoul metropolitan area, including Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo and Gwangmyeong station.
It is located between Banwol station and Hanyang Univ. at Ansan station. Its station subname is Ansan Univ. [2] It is the southernmost station of the Seoul subway line 4. Sangnoksu means "Evergreen Tree". The station, just like its Sangnok-gu neighborhood, is named after the book Sangnoksu (1935) by Sim Hun. [1] [3]
