The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), [1] formerly the Joint Public Service Commission, is a government agency of the state of Punjab, India, established by the Constitution of India, responsible for the recruitment of various state government jobs through competitive examinations.
On 26 February 2024, Senior Vice President of PML-N and MPA Maryam Nawaz was elected by the PML-N legislative members as their leader in the assembly and later, the same day she took oath as the Chief Minister in the Punjab government in a public ceremony in Lahore. [3]
