Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) is a national housing development company owned by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance Incorporated and has been established since 1997. SPNB has been under the purview of the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) as of 3 August 2018.
