Seven Presidents Park is an oceanfront park in the city of Long Branch, New Jersey, USA, maintained by the Monmouth County Park System. It is named after U.S. Presidents Ulysses S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, and Woodrow Wilson, all of whom spent time in the area's resorts. [1]

Prominent boardwalk Ocean Avenue was closed in 1982 and became a park. [3] In 1902, lots sold for between $350–700 for oceanfront property. By 1950, the population of Pacific Beach reached 30,000 and the average home sold for $12,000. [6] Nonetheless, a small number of farms remained. Today, homes can sell for millions of dollars.
The boardwalk has been home to the Ocean City Baby Parade since 1909. The grand oceanfront Flanders Hotel was built in the 1920s. In 1927, a fire destroyed the entire boardwalk, although the Flanders Hotel was spared. Music Pier, a music venue, was built in 1929. In 1930, an amusement park known as "Gillian's Fun Deck" opened.
It is part of the city of San Diego, California. Mission Beach spans nearly two miles of ocean front. It is bounded by the San Diego River estuary on the south, Mission Bay Park on the east, and the community of Pacific Beach on the north. A boardwalk runs along the beaches on both the ocean and bay sides of the community.

The historic La Playa Trail , the oldest European trail on the West Coast , [ 9 ] led from the Mission and Presidio to La Playa, where ships anchored and unloaded their cargoes via small boats.
