The Morgantown and Kingwood Railroad (reporting mark M&K) was a railroad in West Virginia in the United States.It extended from the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O) junction in Morgantown in Monongalia County via Masontown, Kingwood and Rowlesburg to the M&K junction with the B&O in Preston County, a distance of 47.9 mi (77.1 km).

The railroad of the Morgantown and Kingwood Rail Road Company, herein called the Morgantown and Kingwood is a single-track, standard-gage, steam railroad, located in northern West Virginia. The main line extends southeasterly from Morgantown via Kingwood to M. & K. Junction, near Rowlesburg, 47.890 miles.
A primarily residential district, notable non-residential buildings include a tavern/hotel (c. 1800), an I.O.O.F. lodge/town meeting hall (1868), the Morgantown Garage (1920), and a fire hall (1921). Also located in the district are a contributing cemetery and war memorial. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. [1]
