Lyon College is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Presbyterian Church and located in Batesville, Arkansas. Founded in 1872 as Arkansas College, it is the oldest independent college in Arkansas.
The Lyon Scots football team represents Lyon College in college football at the NCAA Division III level. The Scots are members of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) after transitioning from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and participating as an independent for a year in 2023.

Chris Douglas (born c. 1970) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Lyon College, a position he has held since 2020.
