Alice is captured in an ensuing battle, and the Knave is forced to look on as Jafar revives Anastasia and tricks her into loving Jafar. In order to defeat Jafar, Cyrus tries revert the genie curse, and tricks Jafar into turning into a genie by Nyx and banishing him. Amara dies in the process. Alice and Cyrus return to England where they marry.
