TechnipFMC plc (/ ˈ t ɛ k n iː p ɛ f ɛ m s iː / Tek-NEEP-ef-em-see) is a French-American, UK-domiciled global oil and gas company that provides services for the energy industry. The company was formed by the merger of FMC Technologies of the United States and Technip of France [1] that was announced in 2016 and completed in 2017.
The Qatif Producing Plants are the largest crude increment built in recent times, and the world's largest crude production facility. The completion of the project added 650,000 barrels per day (103,000 m 3 /d) to the 150,000 barrels per day (24,000 m 3 /d) already produced from the Abu Safah field.
