    Sounds like a reasonable and clear way forward. Just to clarify, GBStudio ROM files would play on a Game Boy if someone put them on a cartridge or loaded them into a home-brewed device. Even if a game didn't have a cartridge release, would you be comfortable saying they're Game Boy games? If so, seems pretty clear consensus to me.
