The Huntingdon Hawks are the athletic teams of Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. It is the only NCAA Division III school located in the U.S. state of Alabama . The team currently competes in the Collegiate Conference of the South , they joined in 2022.
Alabama Women's College in 1918, which would later become Huntingdon College. The Red Lady of Huntingdon College is a ghost said to haunt the former Pratt Hall dormitory at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. Her story is told in Huntingdon alumnus Kathryn Tucker Windham's book 13 Alabama Ghosts and Jeffrey.
Stanaland graduated from Loretta High in 1952, and played on the football team. [2] [3] He graduated from Huntingdon College in 1960.
