Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (機動戦士ガンダム00(ダブルオー), Kidō Senshi Gandamu Daburu Ō, Mobile Suit Gundam Double-O) is a Japanese anime television series, the eleventh installment in Sunrise studio's long-running Gundam franchise [1] comprising two seasons.
The series focuses on the four mobile suit pilots of the paramilitary organization Celestial Being. The pilots, referred to as Gundam Meisters (ガンダムマイスター, Gandamu Maisuta, German for Master), pursue the complete eradication of armed conflict mainly through the deployment of the revolutionary Gundam units in aggressive armed interventions.
Following the conclusion of Mobile Suit Gundam 00F in Gundam Ace, the series was replaced by Mobile Suit Gundam 00I.The series takes placing during the second season of the main anime series and reveals the true purpose of the "Innovades" in relation to bringing forth "Innovators".
