Vĩnh Thuận is a rural district of Kiên Giang province in the Mekong River Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 133,539. [1] The district covers an area of 608 km². The district capital lies at Vĩnh Thuận. [1] It is one of the southernmost districts of Kiên Giang Province.
