The Pendleton Round-Up is a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). The ProRodeo Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs, Colorado, inducted the Pendleton Round-Up in 2008. [3] The Round-Up was incorporated as a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization on July 29, 1910, as the "Northwestern Frontier Exhibition Association". [4]
George Fletcher (1890-1973) was a cowboy and rodeo rider raised near Pendleton, Oregon. In 1911 he took second place in the Pendleton Round-Up Rodeo, in 1969 he became one of 10 people inducted into the first class of the Pendleton Round-Up Hall of Fame, and in 2001 he was inducted into the National Cowboy Hall of Fame.
Winning second place at the 1915 Pendleton Round-Up brought attention from show promoters, who invited Canutt to compete around the country. [2] "I started in major rodeos in 1914, and went through to 1923. There was quite a crop of us traveling together, and we would have special railroad cars and cars for the horses.

Tillie Baldwin was born Anna Mathilda Winger in Arendal, Norway.She immigrated to the United States at age 14 and first trained as a hair dresser. She began her rodeo career riding during 1911 in Los Angeles, California, where she won the bronc riding competition.
Last Go Round is a 1994 novel written by Ken Kesey and Ken Babbs.It was Kesey's last novel and is about the famous "Last Go Round" that took place at the original Pendleton Round-Up in 1911.
