The route begins at Highway 10 in the center of Cruz Bay. Highway 20 runs along the northern shore of St. John, passing through Virgin Islands National Park. The road serves many popular beaches, including Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. The highway travels along the coast for most of its length, and has several turnouts for scenic overlooks.
Cinnamon Bay Plantation is an approximately 300-acre (1.2 km 2) property situated on the north central coast of Saint John in the United States Virgin Islands adjacent to Cinnamon Bay.
