Cheong Wa Dae (Korean: 청와대; Hanja: 靑瓦臺; lit. 'Cyan-tile Pavilion'), also known as the Blue House in English, is a public park that formerly served as the presidential residence and the diplomatic reception halls of South Korea from 1948 to 2022.

The N Seoul Tower (Korean: N 서울타워), officially the YTN Seoul Tower [1] and a.k.a. the Namsan Tower, is a communication and observation tower located on the summit of Namsan (262m) in central Seoul, South Korea. The 236-metre-tall (774 ft) structure marks the second highest point in Seoul and is considered a local landmark.

D-Cube City (Korean: 디큐브시티) is a mega-complex in Seoul, Korea, which comprises department stores, office space, a park, an art center, a theatre, a hotel, restaurants, a theme park, and private residences. [1] Daeseong Industrial Company constructed in 2011, and its main office is located here.
It is located at 22 Itaewon-ro, Yongsan District, Seoul. The building was opened in November 2003, its area totalling 276,000 square meters. [2] Following the inauguration of President Yoon Suk Yeol in May 2022, Blue House or Cheong Wa Dae, the previous presidential residence, was relieved of its duties and replaced by the current building.
