LE. leebossa. Created on February 21, 2018. Why is the Add comment function sometimes grayed out on MS word? I noticed that when I wanted to add a comment to a word doc, the Add comment was grayed out and not usable. It was a normal word doc, why does it not work? It's word 2010 for Windows. If anyone can help, thanks!
