Bandimere Speedway, also known by the NHRA as Thunder Mountain, was a quarter-mile dragstrip located just outside Morrison, Colorado and Lakewood, Colorado. It opened in 1958 and was the host to many racing events, including many NHRA Nationals events.
State Highway 470 (SH 470, known locally as C-470) is a freeway located in the southwestern portion of the Denver Metro Area. It is also the southwestern portion of the Denver Metro area's beltway. SH 470 begins at US 6 in Golden and heads south interchanging Interstate 70 and then US 285 outside Morrison.

Colorado National Speedway is a paved oval in Dacono, Colorado, spanning 0.375 mi (0.604 km). The track is currently a member of the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series and hosts the ARCA Menards Series West (former NASCAR K&N Pro Series West), the King of the Wing Sprint Car Series, and the North American Big Rig Racing Series annually.
