A division of the St. Louis County 21st Circuit Court, the Rock Hill Municipal Division is responsible for the processing of all municipal traffic violations and the processing of all municipal ordinance violations. Court Dates. All court hearings are in person. Masks are recommended but not required, regardless of vaccination status.
Maintenance and repair of streets, street signs, crosswalks and parks, plus snow removal of city-owned streets and parking areas are the responsibility of the Public Works Department.
