I Choose You is the tenth album and sixth studio album by Contemporary Christian group Point of Grace. It was released in 2004 by Word Records. The album is the first to feature new member, Leigh Cappillino, who replaced founding member Terry Jones. It is also the group's first full studio album since their 2001 release, Free to Fly.
Point of Grace began work on their new album in late 1997/early 1998, with producer Brown Bannister developing a more progressive, live band sound, and less programming than previous albums. On December 9, 1995, the album charted on Billboard's Top Christian Albums at #8 [3] and on the Billboard 200 at No. 132. [4] Each of the album's five singles, released between March 1995 and April 1996 reached #1 on the Christian songs chart, continuing what would become the group's historic run of 24 consecutive #1's on the chart.
The album was originally released in a digipak with only the words "Point of Grace" and "24" on the cover. It was later reissued in a standard 2CD jewel case with a photo of the group added to the cover, then again with a photo including Cappillino, though she does not appear on the album. [2]
The album reached #27 on Billboard Magazine's top Christian Albums on December 10, 2011.
