Eswatini Beverages Ltd (EBL) is a AB InBev subsidiary. It was a subsidiary of SABMiller until 10 October 2016 when it was acquired by Anheuser-Busch InBev. It is a beverage and brewing company in Matsapha, Eswatini. The company was formed in 1995 by the merger of Eswatini Breweries, Ngwane Breweries, and Eswatini Bottlers.

SABMiller plc was an Anglo–South African multinational brewing and beverage company headquartered in Woking, England on the outskirts of London until 10 October 2016 when it was acquired by AB InBev for US$107-billion.
SABMiller made an initial investment of over US$100m in the Onitsha brewery which was commissioned on 30 August 2012. [3] In 2014 a decision was made to invest US$110 million to increase the current annual capacity from 700 000 to 2.1 million hectolitres.
SABMiller was one of the world's largest Coca-Cola bottlers and had carbonated soft drinks bottling operations in 14 markets. In December 2016, Coca-Cola Co. bought many of the Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV company's Coca-Cola operations.
