The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is the metropolitan planning organization for Central Ohio, including the state capital, Columbus. MORPC covers Franklin , Fairfield , Perry , Hocking , Logan , Union , Delaware , Morrow , and Knox counties, including nearly all of their municipalities.
