It actually displays fine on my cellphone, using the same network connection. This is the display on my Windows 11 laptop: The display is fine using Firefox, so it appears that Edge might be the problem. This is the MSN Money home page, using Edge. I've been using the "Money" app with Windows 10 for a few months, adding items to my watchlist as I go, and I recently downloaded the app to my Android phone as well. I synched and added more items to my watchlist and all was going well until last week.
If you have logged in and they are still not showing, try clearing your browser cache and relaunch it again. If still it won't appear you might need to add them again. Just go the Money tab Watchlist section and click + sign next to the stcoks. Hope this helps! Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
The link you provided was relating to importing watch lists. I was not importing a watch list but starting from scratch and typing it into the Money App. However, since I wrote this question the Money app seems to have resolved itself and is now retaining the watch list. I don't know what happened, ( maybe an update) but all is okay for the moment.

We have recently received reports from some users that their MSN money watchlist is experiencing a situation similar to the one in your screenshot, unable to load and log in properly. However, some users reported that they recovered after waiting for a period of time.
To do this, go to the Settings app on your iOS device, tap on "General," then "iPhone Storage." Find the MSN Money app in the list and tap on it, then tap "Delete App" to remove it from your device. In reply to viola godfrey's post on February 1, 2024. Using Google Chrome, I lost my portfolios/watchlist in MSN Money yesterday and has not returned. This has happened in the past but always comes back later in the day or the next day. The drop down in the upper left hand corner had several portfolios and now all are missing.

Microsoft made a change which caused this problem. All was working fine prior to this change Microsoft made.
