Otherwise for $8 I would definitely grab FS19. Much of FS22 can be achieved through mods available for FS19 and IMHO, right now, you'll get a better experience from FS19 instead of what seems like beta testing FS22. I've encountered a number of issues in FS22 that work well in FS19 (contracts are the first to mind).

FS19 Place Anywhere Mod. I didn't like the way the game handles placement restrictions, so I made a mod to remove them completely. This mod lets you place buildings anywhere you want (including inside other buildings), as long as you own the land you're placing them on. It also lets you change the terrain modification cost by editing the mod file.
