On the day of the channel's launch, Discovery Kids (which Corus also owned) was shut down and replaced by Nickelodeon on most pay-TV providers after the last episode of Aquateam ended. [3]

In 2015, the entire series was made available for free viewing through the Nelvana Retro channel on YouTube, [7] renamed YTV Direct in 2016. [8] YTV Direct was renamed to Keep It Weird in 2018 and no longer features the show. [9] In 2019, Retro Rerun uploaded all of the episodes on their YouTube channel. [10]
