2022 General Election - Soil and Water Conservation. I want to make an informed decision on who to vote for Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor in Districts 1 and 2 which are on my ballot. I've actually finally figured out what they sort of do but I have not been able to find anything on differences between the candidates.
The Soil & Water Conservation board isn't a hugely powerful position, but its decisions do affect everyone in the county, regardless. While it is a non-partisan race, the political leanings of candidates can nevertheless affect their decision making process. These positions also are viewed as a springboard into other positions.

Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor This is the second non-partisan race though I cited party affiliation where it was publicly available. Citizens can cast their vote for 2 candidates every 4 years.
