Table Rock State Park is a public recreation area in the U.S. state of Missouri consisting of 356 acres (144 ha) located in Taney County and Stone County on Table Rock Lake along the southern side of the city of Branson. Table Rock Lake is an artificial lake or reservoir in the Ozarks of southwestern Missouri and northwestern Arkansas in the United States. Designed, built and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the lake is impounded by Table Rock Dam, which was constructed from 1954 to 1958 on the White River creating the lake.

The United States Congress designated it a wilderness in 1976, [1] making it the oldest wilderness area in Missouri. It is one of eight wilderness areas in the Mark Twain National Forest [2] and is within the Ava-Cassville-Willow Springs ranger district, about 10 miles (16 km) northeast of Branson, Missouri.
