After adding the VISNs 1 and 15-23, it is apparent that the page will be too large with all VISNs on the same page, so another split is on order. I propose splitting the page as it exists now into sections 1-12 and another page for sections 15-23. Sections 13-14 don't exist as those VISNs were merged to form VISN 23. Thoughts?
