    The weird thing of the prescriptive rule is the fact, that it views "I shall be there" as the first-person equivalent of "he will be there". But I think that it seems to be complicated oder even impossible, to find a form in English that exclusiovely and precisely defines simple futurity without volition or pbligation of the subject.
